Woodland Scenics wire foam cutter makes shaping foam for your baseboard, terrain, and anything else you can think of easy and painless. Attaching the wire is very simple. I prefer to use the collars to string the wire through and then just wrap the wire around itself. You can also wrap the wire around a notch on the rods. Then plug it into an outlet and it's ready to go within seconds. Woodland Scenics outperforms a foam cutter I tried from Walmart. Walmart's foam cutter took forever to heat up and the cuts where awful.

The picture I have in the bottom right is a piece of 2 inch thick foam board I had to cut. I cut roughly 2 feet within seconds! The cut is clean and smooth, which is very difficult if you are using a cheap foam cutter or any type of knife. Plus, they can't even compete with the swiftness of the wire.
